Welcome to Enterprise Arcade ("EA", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EA website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Bookings and Reservations

 

3.1 Experience Center Visits

Bookings for Experience Center visits are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our website or authorized channels.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of booking privileges or applicable fees (if any)

 

3.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled visit without prior notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.

 

4. Services and Facilities

 

4.1 POC and Testing Services

POC and testing services are provided on a best-effort basis. Results are for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute guarantees or warranties.

 

4.2 Training and Events

Training programs and events are subject to minimum participant requirements. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events with reasonable notice.

 

4.3 Membership

Membership terms, benefits, and fees are as described in the membership agreement. Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Premises Access and Security (Facial Recognition)

To protect our visitors, members, staff, and facilities, entry to certain areas of EA may be subject to identity verification, which may include facial recognition access control.

- Enrollment: Where required, you may be asked to enroll your facial data before accessing designated areas.

- Alternatives: If you prefer not to use facial recognition, please contact EA staff in advance to discuss alternative access arrangements where feasible (for example, assisted check-in or a visitor pass).

- Compliance: You must follow all on-site security instructions (including sign-in requirements) and must not attempt to bypass access controls.

- Refusal of Entry: EA reserves the right to refuse entry where identity verification fails, where security requirements are not met, or where access would pose safety or security concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
